This is an audio codec. The name to use at the command line is vp6.
This codec can be used inside the flv containers.

VP6 is a video format created by On2, which is used in Flash (.swf) files since version 8.

Compatibility

VP6 is not compatible with the latest VLC stable release (0.8.5) yet. VLC 0.8.6 test releases include VP6 support.
