VLC for dummies: an introduction to VLC

This document will be an introduction to VLC from version 0.9.0 and above. UNDER CONSTRUCTION

VLC Play HowTo

There are several ways to play your media files in the amazing VLC player, e.g.:

  1. Drag the file into the VLC window
  2. Go to menu Media -> Open File (or any other resource) and browse to the location of the media file you wish to open

To play a whole folder then click on the "Media" menu then click on folder then select the desired folder and click "OK" the desired folder will be played for you.
