There are several means to contact VideoLAN

Mail

The mail is the best way to contact the team.

Please send a mail to videolan@videolan.org.

Preferred languages are English and French.

IRC

The IRC channel is also a good way to contact and speak to team.

Connect to [irc.videolan.org] or [irc.freenode.net] and go on the #videolan channel.
