Installing VLC on Pardus GNU/Linux
You can install VLC using the PiSi program (or it's GUI, Package-Manager). vlc is in main Pardus repositories. To install, type the following:
$ sudo pisi install vlc
Two packages come out of the source package vlc:
- vlc - VLC media player
- vlc-firefox - VLC plugin for Firefox
For any bug reports and improvement suggestions about the package, feel free to write a bug to Pardus Bugzilla
